Jen's classes offer an opportunity to explore and hone the body, mind and spirit through the spiritual practice of yoga. Jen's training in 2009 was in Sivananda yoga and, since then, she has added to her training in the form of Ashtanga yoga. Her classes fall under the umbrella of vinyasa flow yoga, with long flowing sequences helping the practitioner to develop strength, endurance and flexibility. Jen's training in osteopathy, massage, reiki and pilates is reflected in her teaching of yoga and adds a special and unique quality to her teaching. Classes range in ability so feel free to get in touch to discuss which class would be most suitable.
